Francis Scott Key Elementary, San Jose
“I first found out about Human Anatomy for Youth (HAY) when Ankith contacted me expressing interest in starting a
branch at Francis Scott Key Elementary/Middle School. Liking the idea of a program meant to teach an area of the
sciences that is not always emphasized in early schooling, I decided to get HAY onboard.
As I worked with Ankith in establishing the program, I took note of his attention to detail, dedication to teaching,
and his deep knowledge of the subject matter. He clearly worked on a great hands-on curriculum for the students to follow,
and his enthusiasm for anatomy was infectious. He was flexible and modified the curriculum weekly to fit the students’
needs and interests. The students he taught really benefited from this program, and their parents have also expressed
immense satisfaction with Ankith’s teaching, explaining how their children would come back from class excited about what
they had learned. He really did an excellent job in making material that can be complicated more accessible for students
in grades 3-5.
I highly recommend working with Ankith and Human Anatomy for Youth to all schools in order to create a better foundation in
basic health and anatomical sciences.”
